MY SECOND BOOB JOB ?

If I could I would

Grab a chainsaw

And take off my breasts

My big naturals

Tig ole bitties

Then because I am a lady and

Need to be graceful

I would grab a scalpel

To be more precise with it

I’d do what my surgeon did the first time

I went under the knife

My body would remember I think

Muscle memory and all that

Then I would grab some cloth bandage

Maybe with lace

Because…must be graceful woman

And wrap myself up for the scabbing

Which is healing

Which is ideal

Once I’m all good and dandy

With my new chest

I’ll be weightless

Dream body achieved…what do I even do with it?
